Self-hypnosis may well be the answer to many of your problems. I have used it since childhood (my mother was a hypnotist) to help me do many things. I have used it to memorize math problems in school, that I might ace exams. I have used it to overcome a fear of public speaking. I have it to cure depression. I have used it to make sales (I became the top sales person). I have used it even to hypnotize other people conversationally (something called conversational hypnosis). I have used it to cure the common cold. I have used it to cast hypnotic spells. I now use hypnosis every single day of my life-I'm a hypnotic, you can surmise. You will find this book useful if you want to self-improve and live a better life and create better circumstances and outcomes for yourself. Hypnosis is the best tool I have found to make one's life better. Most people believe in limitation. The hypnotic believes in limitlessness. I do. Whe you live in a world, a so called 'reality' that is based on limitations which call on 'science' to define what is real and what is not, then you live in a very narrowly focused world. You are actually hypnotized to your limited thinking. You embrace critical thinking and you question the ideas put forth in front of you. You eschew anything that goes beyond reason and what your critical thinking faculty allows you to believe. What you should be doing instead is questioning why you allow yourself to believe in limitation, a limited reality, etc. This book is going to help you see past limitation. It is going to prove to you through experience that your imagination (hypnotic-mind) is more powerful that your critical mind gives it credit. To experience hypnosis you merely have to narrowly focus your attention on something non-critical, then let your doubt, disbelief, resistance, hesitation, questions, scepticism, and critical thinking fall away to make room for hypnosis to happen, then open your mind to your imagination, i.e. your hypnotic faculty, so you can experience true hypnosis-a deep trance state that causes you to dissociate away from reality and embrace a hypnotic-reality-a limitless reality where anything is possible. Imagine for a moment you are closing your eyes. Stillness and quiet take over. You are beginning to feel deeply relaxed. The tension in your body is dissipating, you are detaching from your consciousness and allowing your mind to blank out and begin to drift to some imagined reality. This reality is a safe wonderful place you delight in being there. See the scene in your mind. What's there exactly? Answer to yourself. Hear the sounds that are present in this place. How repetitive the sounds are and how relaxing the sounds happen to be. The sounds alone may be so repetitive that they are almost unniticed until you cast yoru focus there with the intention of paying attention. The repetitive sound is enough to make you dissociate from reality and blank out, even in this imagined reality. Experience this place to the extent you desire. You have free reign in this place. Now find a person, creature, animal, anything meaningful that you can communicate with. Ask this person to listen to your recite a positive affirmation. Thie affirmation is one that is important to you. One you want to self-improve on. Listen to this person, or thing, give you advice. This person or character knows things. He or she is wise and will give you a message that will not only inspire you, but also help you succeed in improving in this area. When you're ready, walk your way out of your imagination and back into reality. Let yourself reorient with the reality from whence you came so you can go back into everyday life, prepared to self-improve and work on your personal development. This book is going to teach you how to hypnotize yourself and how to make the the hypnotic experience one you will enjoy and embrace comig back to again and again. Let's begin learning how to hypnotize yourself now. Grab Your Co
