CHYNNA HO-YOUNG CADOGAN attended York University as a member of the Lions Varsity Women's Soccer team and received a BA in Psychology and Kinesiology. More recently, Chynna attended Humber College and attained an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Wellness Coaching. Chynna is passionate about improving the mental well-being of athletes and people of all ages. She hopes to continue inspiring others to follow their path and build confidence within themselves by using their definition of what it means to be brave!
Chynna has led workshops for both high school and college-level athletes as she strives to bring awareness to the importance of mental well-being both in sport and life, using her academic background, experiences as a female athlete, and passion for helping others!
