Ballerina classica professionista con alle spalle 26 anni di lavoro in Ente Lirico e compagnie di danza, nata a Roma, fin da giovanissima, terminati gli studi classici, si sposta dalla sua città natale e all'estero, per seguire la sua innata passione per la danza e per l'arte. Una serie di circostanze la avvicinano più tardi al mondo della Ricerca Interiore, ad una lettura più profonda di testi antichi e all'incontro con Uomini e Donne fuori dall'ordinario, che segneranno una grande svolta nella sua vita. Oltre all'attività di ballerina e di mamma, comincia, in seguito, ad insegnare danza a ragazzi e Yoga agli adulti, portando sempre con sé i temi dello sviluppo interiore, della ricerca di sé, della volontà, dell'osservazione, del rispetto per l'altro, soprattutto dei più piccoli e deboli, della creatività e dell'importanza degli scambi tra le persone e l'ambiente in cui sono immerse, presupposti senza i quali ogni azione, scelta, lavoro, affetti risultano sterili, fragili e non duraturi di fronte agli ostacoli che la vita inevitabilmente pone sul cammino.
