About The Book

This book is a raw and honest reflection of my life. Although the characters' names have been changed, the events shared are real. It tells the story of meeting and marrying someone I later realized I never truly knew, and the emotional journey of surviving a marriage filled with manipulation, pain, and narcissistic abuse.

Through some of the darkest moments of my life, I found strength I never knew I had. This book shares not only the hardships I endured, but also the courage, healing, and faith that carried me through. My hope is that my story encourages others who may be facing similar situations to know they are not alone.

Even when life feels dark and hopeless, there is still light at the end of the tunnel. This story is about survival, resilience, self-discovery, and finding the strength to keep going.

About The Author

Johns, Regina: - I'm "Gina," born and raised in North Philly. I am a mother, grandmother, and wife. What started as journaling became greater than I ever imagined. I never intended to become an author, but through writing I discovered truth telling power. Life brought ups and downs, but I kept Allah first, believing faith, strength, and perseverance sustain me.
