Forward by Jim Taylor, fellow columnist, author of 17 books and co-founder of Wood Lake Books. "Stan Chung's writing tears down pretence to reveal a simple honest truth in which we can see just a little bit of ourselves." Naheed Nenshi, Mayor of Calgary, AB "Stan Chung is a voice that Canada needs. His words are a beautiful gift, and a reminder that we can, and indeed should, become more than we are now." Niigaanwewidam James Sinclair, Associate Professor, Department of Native Studies, University of Manitoba. "Like a man catching his breath, Stan Chung reflects on the ordinary events that become the extraordinarily complex fabric of our lives. These stories make me grateful for the reminder to slow down and catch my own breath." Francie Greenslade, author of Shelter.
