Ford, Tunishai Anne: - Tunishai Ford is the CEO and founder of Your Own Uniqueness, Inc., a non-profit (501c3) organization, which was founded in 2000. The mission is to help women and youth reach their full potential by overcoming barriers that hinder them from achieving their dreams. This is accomplished through monthly inspirational and transformational events that are held on Zoom and quarterly events that are held in person. She is the creator of a entrepreneurship program for disadvantaged women and youth called STEP UP. She created the program to teach wealth building through the alternative method of business ownership, which encourages women and youth to utilize their talents and abilities to fuel their passion through entrepreneurship.Tunishai is also an author of four empowerment transformation non-fiction books, former TV talk show host, transformational speaker and certified transformational life coach. She is the Editor and Chief of a monthly digital magazine, Discovering Your Magazine. Tunishai Ford's role in the organization is to plan events, create viable programs, seek out sponsors, donations, and grants for the organization's many programs and services.
