In dieser Zusammenfassung möchte ich darstellen, welche Erkenntnisse ich in meinem Leben gewinnen durfte, weil ich dem Wort Gottes gefolgt bin. Es war mir immer ein Bedürfnis die Wahrheit zu ergründen, aber diese müssen wir suchen, weil sie uns leider nicht in die Wiege gelegt wurde. Trotzdem ist es uns möglich sie zu suchen, sie zu finden und ihr zu folgen! Das habe ich getan und habe dabei nicht nur die Wahrheit, sondern auch Gott und alles Gute dazu gefunden.

Helmut Dröws Am 12.12.1945 wurde ich in Gera geboren, erlernte den Beruf eines Bankkaufmanns, qualifizierte mich zum Dipl. Betriebswirt und arbeitete 40 Jahre in einer Bank. Im Jahr 2003 konnte ich in den Ruhestand gehen. Seit 1981 bis zum heutigen Tage (31.12.2017) habe ich 872 Bücher mit 249562 Seiten gelesen. Ich habe die Bibel viermal komplett gelesen, das Neue Testament sechsmal, den Koran, aber auch Karl Marx und Karl May, Lenin, Albert Schweitzer, Tolstoi und sogar mein Kampf. Was habe ich nun daraus gelernt? Die kommunistische Literatur konnte aus mir keinen Kommunisten machen, aber die christliche Literatur, insbesondere das Leben Jesu, hat aus mir einen Christen machen können. Das Studium über das Christentum war dagegen sehr erfolgreich für mich. Bei all dem, was ich gelesen habe, kann ich nur sagen, dass man noch soviel lesen und studieren kann, es gibt nur eines, was übrig bleibt, nämlich Jesu Worte: Matthäus 11,29 Nehmt auf euch mein Joch und lernt von mir; denn ich bin sanftmütig und von Herzen demütig; so werdet ihr Ruhe finden für eure Seelen. Das versteht ein Kind, ein alter Mensch und alle anderen müssten es auch verstehen. Dies bleibt uns zu tun sanftmütig und von Herzen demütig zu sein! Welch eine Erkenntnis. Geben wir uns Mühe sie zu erfüllen. Es gibt im Leben Dinge, die wir nicht kaufen können. Schönheit, Güte, Weisheit, Liebe. Schönheit hat uns die Natur geschenkt! Gut kann man geboren sein, aber gütig wird man! Man kann noch so viel lesen, dann ist man vielleicht ein belesener Mensch, aber weise wird man! Liebe wird uns von Gott geschenkt! Ich danke ihm!
