Das behandelte Thema lautet "Identifika-tion von Einflussfaktoren auf die Dienstleistungsproduktivität". Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Einflussfaktoren zu identifizieren, die einen besonders gro en Einfluss auf die Produktivität der Dienstleistung haben. Darauf aufbauend wollen wir beleuchten wie diese Einflussfaktoren die Produktivität der Dienstleistungen beeinflussen und in welcher Wechselwirkung sie miteinander stehen. Weiterhin wird in dieser Arbeit geklärt worin sich Dienstleistungsproduktivität und Sachgüterproduktivität unterscheiden. Die besondere Herausforderung bei dieser Arbeit bestand darin die wenige Literatur über dieses Thema kompakt zusammenzufassen. Bezugnehmend auf das Thema haben wir uns, mit Hilfe einer Mindmap, einen Leitfaden erarbeitet um uns Anhaltspunkte zu schaffen, unter welchen Gesichtspunkten wir das Thema durchleuchten. Mit dieser Mindmap erstellten wir dann eine erste Gliederung und konnten einige zentrale Fragen dieser Arbeit festlegen: "Worin besteht der Unterschied zwischen Produktivität und Dienstleistungsproduktivität?" und " Was sind Einflussflussfaktoren, welche Wirkung haben sie auf die Dienstleistungsproduktivität?" Nachdem wir uns mittels einer Literaturrecherche einen groben Überblick geschaffen hatten, begannen wir mit der Niederschrift. Wir haben unsere Arbeit wie folgt gegliedert: Nach der Einführung beschäftigten wir uns im zweiten Kapitel mit den Begriffen Einflussfaktoren, Dienstleistung, Produktivität und Dienstleistungsproduktivität.
