Gleichbedeutend damit entsteht ein breitgefächertes Potenzial möglicher Konflikte, mit denen sich der Heranwachsende fortan konfrontiert fühlen kann. Die Aufgabe der folgenden Arbeit ist es daher, anhand des theoretischen Fundaments der Identitätsbildung, jene angesprochenen Gefahren aufzuweisen und zu analysieren, um somit einen präventiven Mehrwert im Hinblick diverser Risiken und Störfaktoren gewährleisten zu können. Ausgehend vom modifizierten Aphorismus Descartes soll anfänglich der zentrale Begriff der Identität erläutert werden und anschlie end durch prägnante Theorien der Konstitution und Festigung diesen ergänzt werden. Weiterführend erfolgt ein Überblick des "Status quos" grundlegender Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in unserer digitalen Gegenwart. Auf Grundlage dieser Ausführung soll im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit der Fokus auf die existenzielle Frage nach der umfangreichen Relevanz einer Identität im Angesicht gesellschaftsgegenwärtigen Wachstums ergründet werden. Die Basis jenes Exkurses stellen dabei die theoretischen Anhaltspunkte im anfänglichen Teil der Arbeit dar, die auf das praktische Feld der Adoleszenz übertragen werden sollen. Im Abschluss des Textes soll durch eine resümierende Erschlie ung zentraler Untersuchungspunkte ein interdisziplinäres Bild der Identität gezeichnet werden, dass fortan einen umfangreichen Zugang zum Themenkomplex gewährleisten kann.
