in den "Maschinenraum der Wirtschaftsprognostik". Dabei berichten sie u.a. von
der Herausforderung, Aussagen �ber die Zukunft zu t�tigen, von kleinen und gro en
prognostischen Erfolgen und von den Problemen, die Politikberatung mit sich
bringen kann.

Jörg Döpke ist Professor für die Fachgebiete Volkswirtschaftslehre und Empirische
Wirtschaftsforschung an der Hochschule Merseburg.
Ulrich Fritsche ist Universitätsprofessor für Volkswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere
Empirische Wirtschaftsforschung, am Fachbereich Sozialökonomie der Universität
Hamburg. Seit 2010 ist er zudem Forschungsprofessor an der Konjunkturforschungsstelle
der ETH Zürich und seit 2013 Mitglied des Research Program on Forecasting
der George Washington University, Washington D.C.
Werner Reichmann ist Soziologe, habilitierte 2016 an der Universität Konstanz mit
einer wissenschaftssoziologischen Arbeit zur Soziologie der Wirtschaftsprognostik.
Er war als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an den Soziologie-Instituten in Graz, Innsbruck
und Konstanz tätig.
