Ratangee, Navlika: - Navlika Ratangee is currently the Managing Director of ICAS SA. A GIBS MBA graduate and Clinical psychologist with diverse experience in human capital management, behavioural risk, change management, managerial consulting, global management consulting, leadership, women in leadership, organisational resilience and organisational strategy. She also has a wealth of experience in dealing with mental health in the workplace and has consulted to many South African corporates in this regard. Completing her MBA in 2016 with distinction, Navlika was also awarded the prize as top graduate for the programme. She has furthered her executive education at Harvard Business School, Boston. Navlika has presented at many conferences locally and internationally and has also been a contributor of a chapter in 2 books, Managing the COVID-19 vortex and Tourism, Travel and COVID-19, called Promoting personal and workplace mental health in the age of COVID-19.
