About The Author

Dr. N. Jayapalan, MA (History and Political Science), MPhil (History), PhD (History), is a distinguished retired academic from the Government Arts College, Karur, Tamil Nadu. An active participant in numerous seminars and conferences related to Indian history, he has contributed extensively to the discipline through his scholarly work. He has authored numerous widely read and respected titles, including Indian Society and Social Institutions, History of World Civilisation, Problems of Indian Education, Comprehensive Modern Political Analysis, Comprehensive Study of Aristotle, Comprehensive Study of Plato, Comprehensive History of Political Thought, Social and Cultural History of India Since 1556, among others.
