The AuthorDr. Wolfgang Babel has made two pH.D. thesis in Electrical Engineering in sensor systems as well as in AI and ANN. He knows the automation business since more than 40 years. He has contributed a lot specifics to the automation businesses in 5 major groups of companies.

This book is a translation of an original German edition. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com). A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation.
