In elner Relhe von Bundesl1indarn sind Inzwischen Modellversuche gelaufen, deren Ergebnisse berichtet werden. An einer Vielzahl von Allgemeinbildenden- und Berufsschulen hat der Rechner Einzug gehalten als Medium im Unterricht, wobei sich Erfehrungen angesammelt haben, die vorgestellt werden. Um aber den Rechner als Medium 1m Unterrlcht nutzen zu kilnnen und auf seinen Gebrauch In dar Praxis vorzubereiten, ist ein Grundwissen Uber Informatik ntitig. Was dabei gelernt werden sollte und worauf getrost verzichtet werden kann, ist noch zum Teil in der Diskussion und schlagt slch In Beitr1igen nieder, die unterschiedliche Erfahrungen wledergeben. Dabel wlrd die Gefahr zu viel zu tun mit unzureichend ausgebildeten Lehrkraften sehr wool gesehen. Die Nutzung des Rechners als Medium im Unterricht krankt noch vielfach an unzureichenden Programmen. Hier einen Markt der Mtiglichkeiten zu ertiffnen, indem beispielhaft Software demonstrlert wlrd, war elnes der Ziele der Tagung. Software als dynamlsches System kann man schlecht beschreiben: man muB sie in Aktion sehen, um VorzUge und Schwachstellen zu erkennen.
