This study evaluates infrastructure accessibility for people with disabilities at Wallaga University and promotes inclusion through a comprehensive assessment of physical, resource, and technological accessibility. The objective of this study was to evaluate accessibility for people with disabilities at Wallaga University and promote inclusion through a comprehensive assessment of physical, resource, and technological accessibility. This study used a mixed methods approach combining qualitative interviews and quantitative measures to assess the accessibility of campus infrastructure. The study has provided detailed information on physical, sensory, and technological accessibility. This review has developed an accessibility plan and implemented improvements to increase participation at Wallaga University and create equity for all disabilities. The findings will be expected to help strengthen university practices, particularly ensuring that all disabilities receive equal participation. By understanding the barriers and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in accessing infrastructure, it becomes possible to implement policies and design solutions that promote equal opportunities and improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
