Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Inklusion, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Seminararbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema "Umgang mit Inklusion, Heterogenität und Diversität in Schule und Unterricht. Eine Herausforderung für die schulische Entwicklung". Das Thema Inklusion findet immer mehr Beachtung und soll auf Grundlage von Nichtdiskriminierung, Gleichberechtigung und Integration weiterentwickelt werden. Die Idee von Inklusion ist es, allen Menschen eine gleichberechtigte Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben zu ermöglichen. Das bedeutet, dass jeder Mensch zwar unterschiedliche Eigenschaften und eine individuelle Persönlichkeit aufweist und Bedürfnisse mitbringt, aber jeder trotzdem die gleichen Rechte zur Erfüllung dieser Bedürfnisse besitzt. Nur wenn alle Schüler und Schülerinnen das gleiche Recht auf Bildung und die gleichen Zugangschancen zur Schule haben, kann sichergestellt werden, dass es allen Schülern und Schülerinnen möglich ist, das Beste aus sich herauszubilden und ihr Potential völlig auszuschöpfen. Inklusion ist so gesehen eine Weiterentwicklung der Integration, die die Absicht hat, Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen nicht auszuschlie en. Somit steht das Bildungs- und Schulsystem in Deutschland und auch in vielen anderen Staaten vor der gro en Herausforderung sich zu verändern und sich weiterzuentwickeln, um gewährleisten zu können, dass alle Menschen die gleichen Rechte auf Bildung und Entwicklung haben. Mein Interesse liegt nun darin, darzustellen, was unter den Begriffen der Inklusion, Heterogenität und Diversität verstanden wird und welche bildungs- und schulpädagogischen Erfordernisse diese Anforderungen mit sich bringen. Daraus werden für die Seminararbeit folgende Fragen abgeleitet: Was versteht man unter Inklusion und wie ist es zu den Inklusionsdebatten und der Entwicklung des Konzepts inklusiver Bildung gekommen? Worin liegt der Unterschied zwischen Homogenität und Heterogenität, welche Milieus der Heteroge
