Anne Glei untersucht den Erfolg von staatlich gef�rderten Werkstoffinnovationsprojekten des WING-Rahmenprogramms. Die Forschungsfrage zielt darauf ab, die Charakteristik eines erfolgreichen Projekts zu beschreiben und erfolgreiche B�ndnisse zu identifizieren, um auf dieser Basis eine ideale B�ndnischarakteristik zu formulieren.
Daf�r werden neben der Untersuchung und Bewertung von Erfolgsfaktoren f�r Projekte bzw. Kooperationen hinsichtlich ihrer �bertragbarkeit auf Werkstoffinnovationsprojekte, sowohl neue Erfolgsfaktoren als auch -indikatoren eingef�hrt, die spezifisch auf die Charakteristik solcher Projekte eingehen.
F�r die empirischen Untersuchungen wurden die Korrelationsanalyse und die PLS-Analyse angewendet. Die Synthese der Ergebnisse f�hrt zur Formulierung einer zielabh�ngigen B�ndnischarakteristik. Weiterhin wird eine Methodik zur Erfolgsbewertung staatlich gef�rderter Werkstoffinnovationsprojekte bereitgestellt, die auf folgendeForschungsprogramme �bertragen werden kann.

Die Autorin
Anne Gleiß als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Industriebetriebslehre der TU Bergakademie Freiberg war das Produktions- und Operations Management der Schwerpunkt der Lehre von Anne Gleiß. Das Interesse an dem Thema der staatlich geförderten Werkstoffinnovation entstand aus der Beteiligung und Begleitung von Drittmittelprojekten dieser Art, in denen die Frage nach der Erfolgsbewertung eine wichtige Rolle spielte und Anlass zur genaueren Betrachtung dieser Thematik gab.
