Mismanagement may in the form of Planning, Mismanagement in the form of indecision, Mismanagement in the form of unprofessional approach, Mismanagement in the form of inadequate Technical Knowledge and Financial Instability Mismanagement in the form Monitoring & Control etc. A critical analysis shows that a Well-planned Well Managed Project can reduces 10-15 % cost reduction and reduces approximately 5-10 % of process time. So effort shall be made to reduce Cost & the process Downtime of the Project. Special Emphasis shall be given in Choosing the Location, Design Aspect, Facility Management, Operation Philosophy of Project . Heart line of the Project lies with the Pre Planning & monitoring of all the activities starting from Soil Testing, Designing, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Scheduling, Monitoring the Critical Activity, Project Execution Etc . Adopting the most sophisticated advanced Design Philosophy, Choosing of Appropriate material & Equipment, Selection of Vendor, Engaging of Qualified & Experienced Manpower are some of the Strategic decision that need to be Taken correctly for successful project.
