Die handelnden Akteure - seien es Mitar- beiter der Abteilung, seien es im Unternehmen tätige externe Trainer und Unterneh- mensberater - sollten mit ihren Philosophien, ihren Konzepten und Erfahrungen zu Wort kommen. Das Netzwerk der in diesem Unternehmen mit Personalentwicklung tätigen Menschen war Basis des Buches. Das Schreiben der einzelnen Beiträge selbst sollte ein Personat- entwicklungsprojekt für die einzelnen Mitarbeiter der Abteilung sein. Diese beiden Grundgedanken, einerseits ein Netzwerk von Autoren zu knüpfen, die zusammenarbeiten und in ih- rer Arbeit die gleiche Philosophie leben, andererseits das Schreiben von Artikeln als eine wichtige Stütze zur Reflexion eigener Arbeit zu nutzen, prägen auch dieses Buch, doch in anderer Form als ursprünglich gedacht. Jetzt sind es zwei Verantwortliche für Personalentwicklung in ihren jeweiligen Unter- nehmen, Hans-Peter Fischer und Thomas Sattelherger, und als freier Berater RolfTh. Stiefel, die als Triade das Buch gestalten und das Netzwerk zusammenfügen. Eine über ein Jahrzehnt dauernde Zusammenarbeit in unterschiedlichster Form hat ge- meinsame Bande, Grundhaltungen und freundschaftliche Beziehungen geschaffen. Diese Zusammenarbeit mündete 1988 in einen von Rolf Th. Stiefel moderierten Pro- ze der beiden Bildungsbereiche über Fragen strategischer Personalentwicklung. Die Triade hat sich selbst angeregt, und sie hat das Gesamtnetzwerk stimuliert, wodurch jetzt die von einer kollektiven Mission getragenen Konzepte und Erfahrungen in einem Buch zusammengefa t worden sind.
