Dieser Wandel geht stets einher mit kontinuierlich veränderten gesetzlichen Rahmen-bedingungen durch neue Gesundheitsreformgesetze deren Ende bis heute nicht abzusehen ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier, das am 01.01.2000 in Kraft getretene Gesetz zur Reform der gesetzlichen Kranken-versicherung (GKV-Gesundheitsreformgesetz 2000), welches die Ansprüche signifikant erhöht, denen eine Kostenrechnung im Krankenhaus gerecht werden muss. Demnach sehen sich die Krankenhäuser völlig neuen Rahmenbedingungen ausgesetzt. [...]
