About The Author

Prof. Dr. Ulrike Buchholz lehrt seit 2001 an der Hochschule Hannover das Fach Unternehmenskommunikation. Ihre Arbeitsgebiete sind Interne Kommunikation, Kommunikation in Veränderungsprozessen, Strategisches Kommunikationsmanagement und Unternehmenskommunikation in der Managementlehre. Sie studierte Linguistik, Germanistik und Indogermanischen Sprachwissenschaft in Münster und promovierte über die Sprachphilosophie Wilhelm von Humboldts. Bis zur Berufung leitete sie die weltweite interne Kommunikation der Infineon Technologies AG, München. Davor war sie in derUnternehmenskommunikation der Siemens AG verantwortlich für Projekte vor allem im Bereich der Führungskräftekommunikation und des Change Managements.
Prof. Dr. Susanne Knorre arbeitet als Unternehmensberaterin mit den Schwerpunkten Kommunikation und Management sowie Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklung. Nach Studium der Politischen Wissenschaften und Volkswirtschaftslehre sowie dem Staatsexamenfür den höheren allgemeinen Verwaltungsdienst war sie im Wirtschaftsministerium in Rheinland-Pfalz u.a. als Leiterin des Ministerbüros tätig. Sie promovierte in der Zeit über die Entwicklung der deutschen Tarifautonomie. Danach wechselte sie zur Preussag AG und übernahm 1998 die Leitung der Konzernkommunikation. Von 2000 bis 2003 war sie Wirtschaftsministerin in Niedersachsen. Susanne Knorre ist seit 2007 nebenberufliche Professorin für Unternehmenskommunikation am Institut für Kommunikationsmanagement derHochschule Osnabrück.
