David Scott is Professor of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment at the Institute of Education, University College, UK.

Charles Posner was Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Education, University College London, UK, Founding Director of the Instituto de Investigación Educativa y Desarrollo de Nayarit, Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, Mexico and Professor at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Mexico.

Christopher Martin is Visiting Fellow of the Institute of Education, University College London, UK, and Consultant to education reform programmes with the Ministry of Education, Mexico. He is also Associate Fellow of the Virtual University of Guadalajara, Mexico.
