Patricia Vance is the author of Bicycle Touring: The New Complete Guide to Touring by Bike and Backroads Bicycling in Eastern Pennsylvania. She has traveled extensively by bicycle in Nova Scotia, Ireland, Turkey, Iceland, Greece, Italy, Germany, France, and Cuba as well as many places in the United States. She has led bicycle tours of the city for the Bicycle Club of Philadelphia.
