Introduction to Geomorphology II continues the geomorphology series with expanding the description of landscapes (Book I) in the context of geologic structure, landforms, and the basic principles which shape landforms and landscapes. Book I addressed geomorphic provinces in terms of landscapes and geologic history behind each province.Many photographic examples are presented in both books. Book II covers constructive, destructive, mass wasting, fluvial (river), glacial, and coastal processes. Photographs obtained from public domain sources are cited for source and author. Where no citations are provided photographs were taken by the author.Both books in this series are intended for those in secondary school, community college, and first year undergraduate level of studies in geology and the earth science curricula.

The author has 30 years experience practicing environmental geology, maintains geological certifications from the American Institute of Professional Geologist and the European Federation of Geologists, and maintains an active Florida Professional Geologist license. The author has an interest in developing educational books and slide shows for those interested in learning about the geological sciences, and for those participating in educational courses in the earth sciences. Audio slide shows are available for viewing from Slideshare.com. The author has published a five book series on plate tectonics and global paleogeography of the major continents for sale on Amazon.com and Createspace estore.
