This volume is a thorough immersion into the metaphysical world of angels from the Thomistic perspective. From their origin to their role in the celestial hierarchy, including their knowledge and will, this work offers a complete and detailed view of these spiritual beings. Each chapter is meticulously structured to provide a profound understanding of the topics covered, offering enriching reading for both scholars and those interested in philosophy and theology.

The volume I present consists of an Introduction and thirteen chapters, namely: 1- The Origin of Angels. 2- The Substance of Angels. 3- The Species of Angels. 4- The Number of Angels. 5- The angels and the place. 6- The angels and the movement. 7- The knowledge in Angels (1). 8- The knowledge in Angels (2). 9- The knowledge in Angels: Summary (3). 10- The Will of Angels. 11- The angels and Divine Providence. 12- The Angelic Hierarchy. 13- Angels and Man.

Finally, an Epilogue, in which I attempt to condense all the content of the book through the method of questions and answers. And the respective Endnotes.

The conclusion of this work has sparked in me the desire to undertake a comprehensive specific treatise (metaphysical and theological) on angels, which God willing, I will embark on in the future.
