He is the author of "Presentations that Work" - a book on how to make great business presentations. He is a contributing editor to Pollution Engineering Magazine and he is on the advisory board of Business and Legal Reports. Thousands of companies have sent their employees to his seminars on environmental compliance. Norman holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto. He resides in Cape Coral, Florida.
