LANCE RINGNALD, two-time Olympic gymnast, spends most of his time as an entertainer on cruise ships, sailing all over the world. When he is on land, he divides his time between Albuquerque, NM, and Fort Worth, TX. He enjoys coaching gymnastics, doing exhibitions for gymnastics clubs and school groups, and speaking for various charitable organizations. He also enjoys writing and recording music, editing and producing DVD's, and spending time with his loved ones. STACEY LAKE lives in New Mexico. She was active in gymnastics as a child, and she spent many years as a gymnastics coach. Now, though still a regular spectator of the sport, she has moved into the classroom where she teaches English. She has adapted and produced a play, she has authored numerous poems and several short stories, and she is nearing completion on her first novel. She enjoys traveling, staying active at her church, and spending time with her friends and family.
