Chrita Paulin is the owner and President of Coal Under Pressure, LLC. After a successful thirteen year career with the Department of Defense, Chrita took on the career of her life...motherhood. Chrita's desire to stay at home with her children and to utilize her entrepreneurial skills, led her to publish the Antares Chronicles, a bi-weekly newsletter dedicated to women and men who left corporate careers to become stay-at-home parents. The overwhelming success of the Antares Chronicles sparked Chrita to begin her freelance writing career. In 2004, she created Coal Under Pressure as a publishing company for freelance and independent writers. Since that time, Chrita has written for numerous magazines, blogs, and educational institutions. Through Coal Under Pressure, Chrita has launched the careers of authors in the poetry, fiction, religious studies, auto biographical, and self-help genres. She also pitched, marketed, and acquired funding for various film projects. In addition to publishing, Chrita is a Managing partner of Distorted eSports, LLC and the Antares Mall. She is an Adjunct Professor, a Court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem, and a women's coach and mentor, teaching women to "Stretch In". In her latest pursuit, Chrita launched "Perceptual Distortions," a podcast focused on practical conflict management and resolution strategies everyone can use. She lives with her husband of twenty-two years and five beautiful children in the sunny state of Florida.
