About The Author

Grant, Candice H.: - Candice H. Grant is an avid fisherwoman, nature lover, and communications professional living in Sudbury, Ontario. She grew up hearing the family legend of Jingles-a magical fish said to collect
lost lures from the depths of northern lakes-and has carried the story with her into adulthood. Now a mother herself, Candice was inspired to preserve and share this tale with a new generation of outdoor adventurers. Through her writing, she hopes to encourage respect for nature and a belief in the quiet magic found on the water. Jingles and the Lucky Lure is her debut children's picture book.
