I was born in a small, sleepy town in rural Georgia. For decades, I have diligently studied human psychology, behaviour and emotions, as well as performed and taught handwriting analysis techniques in the corporate sector. As a business and personal coach and clinical hypnotherapist, I have helped people and organizations live up to their true potential. It is amazing to see firsthand the miracles that happen when the untapped power of the mind is engaged through a conversation with the subconscious! Over the years, I have expanded my practice on two continents using my method and style that blends coaching and hypnotherapy for maximum effectiveness. In 2009, I moved to Malta from the United States and set up practice there. I continued to employ my method of healing with clients in health establishments, clinics, spas, and spiritual and wellness centres in luxury hotels. I love to help people overcome the emotional challenges that prevent them from moving forward and living well. I also enjoy working with professional athletes by enhancing their performance, as well as use my skills as a corporate consultant to assist with motivating employees for a healthier, more productive job environment. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool for self-improvement and I want to spread the word about just how effective it is. My books explore different facets of this alternative therapy which, coupled with intense, targeted coaching has helped me help others over many years with stellar results.
