journey provides a refreshingly positive approach to some of life's more serious matters. Various topics which would normally be associated with feelings of sadness, frustration and a general negativity, have been addressed to encourage an optimistic outlook, within a unique and enjoyable format.

The author takes us on a wonderfully inspirational journey which gives us belief, hope and comfort for the challenging jungle of difficulties which we may face personally, or are encountered by our loved ones. The positivity drives our motivation, guiding us and those around us towards a better life.

Whilst the important subjects of stress, depression, homelessness and racial harmony are included along with so many other issues, the turn of every page will lift your spirits.

It is often stated that 'life is a journey', but within that life are many smaller journeys. This book is jam-packed with them and serves up a ride you'll be pleased to have taken.

Harris, Arnie: - "The younger of two boys, Arnie Harris was born in East London to an English mother and an Austrian father who had come to Britain to escape persecution. Arnie and his family moved home to Wembley in 1966, a few years after his father had set-up in business there. He left his local grammar school aged 16 to work in the family firm, which he did until it was sold 9 years later.Determined to make his own way in the world, Arnie was able to forge a successful career in sales, management and training roles. In 2016, an episode concerning his health changed his perspective on life, and convinced him to retire from full-time employment. He has since devoted his time to his love of writing - mostly poetry - and realised a dream when his first book, The Messenger, was published in 2019.'journey is Arnie's follow-up publication, which he is very proud to introduce. He also gives very well received talks to various organisations, which are generally based around the positivity and motivational content of the two books.Living close to London, the author is just a short drive away from his daughter, who is undoubtedly his biggest source of pride and inspiration. Be prepared to discover more about Arnie Harris, the author and the man, in 'journey'."
