Jaap Polling made his career in several government positions on efficiency and organization. His PhD. (Management, Structure and Culture) was about the history of organizational change. Dré Kampfraath was head of the Department Organization and Industrial Engineering at Hoogovens and professor in Organization and Management at the Wageningen University.
