Die vorliegende Arbeit, eine Untersuchung, die als Bochumer Dis- sertation den Titel "Die Lenkung von Kapitalstromen in dezentrali- sierten Kreditinstituten" trug, greift diese Aufgabenstellung auf und leistet einen -' wie mir scheint - beachtlichen Beitrag zu ihrer Er- fiillung. Ausgehend von der realitatsnahen Vorstellung eines dezen- tralisierten Kreditinstituts, das als multipersonales Sozialgebilde verstanden wird, steht die Frage einer optimalen Verteilung der finanziellen Ressourcen innerhalb der Unternehmung im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung. Damit wird ein, wenn nicht das zentrale Problem aus der Finanzsphare vieler Kreditinstitute m.ti den Erkenntnissen der neueren Organisations-und Entscheidungstheolle konfrontiert.
