Die Bandherausgeber

Prof. Dr. Cornelius König leitet den Lehrstuhl für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität des Saarlandes. In seiner Forschung beschäftigt er vor allem mit der Personalauswahl, dem Zeitmanagement und dem Stress auf der Arbeit. Nebenher engagiert er sich berufspolitisch, berät regelmäßig Organisationen und ist Vizepräsident für Internationalisierung und Europa der Universität des SaarlandesMitglied der Enquête-Kommission "Digitalisierung" des saarländischen Landtags.

Dr. Nida ul Habib Bajwa ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität des Saarlandes. Er beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit den Themen Psychologie des Gründens, der Schnittstelle zwischen Cybersicherheit und Psychologie sowie und der Sichtbarkeit weltweiter Managementforschung. Gleichzeitig leitet er eine Vielzahl an Kapazitätsaufbauprojekten bei denen berät er national und international Unternehmen und Organisationen in Fragen der Personalentwicklung sowie bei der Etablierung von Start-Up-Ökosystemenberät.

Zur Reihenherausgeberin:

Frau Prof. Dr. Birgit Spinath ist Professorin für Pädagogische Psychologie an der Universität Heidelberg. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind das Lehren und Lernen in Schule und Hochschule. Sie war unter anderem Präsidentin der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Psychologie (2018-2020) und ist Herausgeberin der Zeitschrift Psychology Learning and Teaching sowie Mitglied in verschiedenen Editorial Boards (z.
