Ein einheitliches Kennzahlensystem zur operativen Steuerung ist nicht für alle kommunalen Jobcenter gleicherma en vorgegeben. Das in der vorliegenden Ausarbeitung exemplarisch vorgestellte Kennzahlensystem könnte von kommunalen Jobcentern, unter individueller Anpassung der jeweiligen Quoten, übernommen werden. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Arbeit liegt auf dem Bereich Markt und Integration mit Fokus auf den arbeitsmarktpolitischen Instrumenten. Das Zweite Buch Sozialgesetzbuch, Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende (SGB II), sieht gemä der Kennzahlen nach 48a und der Ziele nach 48b ein einheitliches Zielsteuerungssystem vor, das für beide Organisationsstrukturen der Grundsicherung für Arbeitssuchende, gemeinsame Einrichtungen (gE) sowie zugelassene kommunale Träger (zkT) angewendet wird. Das Land Hessen vereinbart jährlich dezentral mit seinen kommunalen Jobcentern die zu erreichenden Ziele, die ma geblich durch die Zielvereinbarungen mit dem jeweiligen Land sowie die damit verbundenen Zielnachhalteprozesse gesteuert werden. Darüber hinaus erfolgt eine Zielsteuerung auch intern auf der operativen Ebene.
