Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Recht und Kriminalität, Note: 1,0, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Zunächst stelle ich einige basale Grundlagen dar. Dazu gehört die Definition des Terminus Kindesmisshandlung nach früheren und aktuellen Ansichten als auch die rechtlichen Aspekte. Weiterhin erläutere ich die Tathandlungen, die Teile einer Misshandlung beinhalten. Im weiteren Verlauf möchte ich anbringen, wie von Au enstehenden erkannt werden kann, wann eine Misshandlung vorliegt und welches Handeln in der Konsequenz gefragt ist. Zum Abschluss des Gliederungspunktes zeige ich einige Probleme der Erkennbarkeit von Kindesmisshandlung auf. Im darauf folgenden Abschnitt erläutere ich die Rolle der Opfer. Dies impliziert im Konkreten die Personen, das Alter und das soziale Umfeld der Opfer. Anhand der Viktimologie stelle ich die Hintergründe, Art und Weise dar, wodurch die Kinder zum Opfer von Misshandlungen werden können. Nachfolgend werden die Erziehung sowie die Erziehungsstile nach SCHWIND dargelegt. Letzter Aspekt beinhaltet die Auswirkungen und Folgen für die Opfer in psychischer und physischer Form in der Gegenwart als auch der Zukunft. Nachdem ich ausführlich auf die Gegebenheiten der Opfer eingegangen bin, möchte ich im dritten Punkt über den Täter referieren. Zunächst wird hier analog der Opfer das soziale Umfeld des Täters analysiert, konkret welcher Bevölkerungsschicht er zuzuordnen ist. Zu untersuchen gilt es in diesem Zusammenhang, ob es sich hierbei um eine asoziale Randgruppe handelt oder es generell die benachteiligten Gruppen der Gesellschaft umfasst. Ebenso gehe ich auf psychosoziale Belastungen des Täters, wie Sucht- oder Beziehungsprobleme ein und die Prüfung, ob ein geregelter Arbeitsgang vorliegt. Nach diesem Punkt werde ich die Relation zwischen Täter und Opfern analysieren.
