Dieses Buch setzt sich mit der Sozialgestalt der Kirche auseinander und zeigt anhand aktueller Herausforderungen der Kirche auf, wie sie ein neues "Wesen" entwickeln kann. About The Author

Reto Nägelin, geboren 1974, machte Karriere im CVJM. Auf dem zweiten Bildungsweg absolvierte er die Ausbildung zum reformierten Diakon an der Schule für Diakonie Greifensee. Er war in verschiedenen evangelisch-reformierten Kirchen als Jugendarbeiter tätig und war massgeblich am Aufbau der Jugendkirche "streetchurch" in Zürich beteiligt. Reto Nägelin schrieb eine Diplomarbeit zum Thema "Religiöse Abhängigkeit - Wege zur christlichen Mündigkeit" und studierte im Nachdiplom "Master of Advanced Studies in Social Management" an der Zürcher Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften. Sein Schwerpunkt im Studium war "Organisationsentwicklung". Er schrieb seine Masterthesis zum Thema "Kirche anders denken - die kundenorientierte Kirche". Er leitet die Beratungsstelle für den Umgang mit destruktiven Gottesbildern und die Fachstelle für die Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen der evangelisch-methodistischen Kirche der Schweiz. Reto Nägelin verfasste Artikel für einige Zeitschriften und ist regelmäßiger Autor von Beiträgen im "Mittendrin" Bibellesebuch.
