Ein Patentrezept für guten Unterricht: Die Politik setzt auf Strukturreformen und in der deutschen Schuldebatte spricht man von Methodenglauben. Generationen von Wissenschaftler unterschiedlicher Fachdisziplinen entwickelten Vorstellungen darüber, welche Einflussfaktoren entscheidend für guten Unterricht sind und sind sich in einer Sache einig: Neben dem stärksten Einfluss, der von den Schülern selbst ausgeht, stehen alle anderen Einflussfaktoren hinter dem Aspekt des Lehrerhandelns. Zu Beginn der folgenden Ausarbeitung soll ein detaillierter Überblick über Forschungsansätze und didaktische Modelle als Basis von Klassenführung aufgezeigt werden. Weiterführend wird die Thematik der Klassenführung als Management beleuchtet sowie auf Merkmale des Lehrerberufes und die Psychologie der Lehrerpersönlichkeit eingegangen. Im abschlie endem Fazit wird die Wirkung von Klassenführung im Zusammenspiel mit der Persönlichkeit des Lehrers auf Lernprozesse, in Einbeziehung mit dem System Schule reflektiert, um die vorangegangene These, dass der Erfolg sowie die Leistung der Schüler ma geblich von der Klassenführung des Lehrer abhängt, bestätigen oder widerlegen zu können.
