Der von Dieter Baacke 1967 in die pädagogische Diskussion eingebrachte Begriff der Kommunikativen Kompetenz hat bis heute seine Bedeutung und Aktualität nicht verloren. Sowohl in der pädagogischen Forschung als auch in der Bildungs-, Sozial- und Kulturarbeit wird auf der Grundlage dieser begrifflichen Konstruktion gearbeitet. Zudem ist mit der "Kom- munikativen Kompetenz" ein medienpädagogischer Perspektivenwechsel verbunden: - zielt die Medienerziehung auf ein pädagogisches Verhältnis des "Erzie- hers" zum "Zögling", - so steht im Lichte der "Kommunikativen Kompetenz" der Mensch, der Mediennutzer, im Zentrum der Betrachtung. Im Kontext seiner "Lebens- welt" oder seines "ökologischen Umfeldes" ist er Subjekt seiner Welt. Die Beiträge dieses Bandes spiegeln das breite Spektrum von Aktivitä- ten und Visionen wider, die mit diesem Begriff verbunden sind. Dies ver- deutlich, da "Kommunikative Kompetenz" als Anregung und Herausfor- derung aufzufassen ist. Bis heute ist die "Kommunikative Kompetenz" Ge- genstand lebendiger Diskussionen und Auslöser vielfältiger Aktivitäten. Wir freuen uns, da so viele Autorinnen und Autoren, die alle Dieter Baacke freundschaftlich verbunden sind, sich kurzfristig bereit erklärten, an diesem Band mitzuwirken.
