Wieder zu Hause, bieten sich gleich neue Gelegenheiten dazu: ein Inspektor vom 'Garten-Schlau-Amt' beschädigt fast Kasimirs Dach und dann auch noch seinen Komposthaufen! - Als auch noch Kasimirs Glosse für einen Satirewettbewerb nicht als der erhoffte Gewinn einer Flasche 'Ärgerburger Niedersauf - extra trocken' zurückkommt, sondern als fatales Echo, ist Kasimir erneut reif für die Kur! So nimmt er die Einladung der Hohen-Stauner Gärtnerin an und zieht samt Komposthaufen in die Einliegerwohnung auf dem Kurgelände - gerade rechtzeitig zum dortigen Sommerfest, auf dem auch Herr Hubs wieder auftaucht, ein geheimnisvoller Zündler umgeht, ein Therapie-Papst als Ehrengast eingeladen ist und das Theaterstück des Regisseurs ganz aus dem Rahmen fällt, weil auch noch der Grüne Vogel eingreift ... ... am Ende, der nun gut durchgerotteten Geschichte, erfüllt sich für fast jeden Beteiligte
