In nahezu jeder Stellenausschreibung wird die Teamfähigkeit, welche zu den sogenannten Soft-Skills gehört, als Anforderung an den Bewerber angegeben. Denn besonders bei der Bearbeitung von komplexen und umfassenden Aufgaben liegen die Vorteile auf der Hand: Die Zusammenarbeit mehrerer Spezialisten steigert sowohl die Produktivität als auch die Qualität, da sich die Informationen der Mitglieder summieren und durch den Austausch verschiedener Sichtweisen neue Ideen entwickelt werden können. Doch gerade diese Vielfalt von Meinungen, Interessen und Zielvorstellungen innerhalb der Gruppe birgt ein hohes Konfliktpotenzial welches die Zusammenarbeit in hohem Ma e negativ beeinflussen kann. Wenn die Gruppenmitglieder nicht an einem Strang ziehen kann es zu Konflikten kommen, die im schlimmsten Fall in einer Eskalation enden. Diese Hausarbeit soll die Problematik der Konfliktbearbeitung und Konfliktlösung in einer Arbeitsgruppe thematisieren und durch ein anschlie endes Praxisbeispiel veranschaulichen. Zunächst wird der Begriff der Gruppe erläutert und im Hinblick auf Konflikte innerhalb einer Gruppe ausgeführt. Im Anschluss wird der Konfliktbegriff definiert und auf seine Ursachen im Hinblick auf den betrieblichen Zusammenhang untersucht um im Anschluss den Verlauf eines Konfliktes anhand des Eskalationsmodells nach Glasl zu betrachten. Danach werden Möglichkeiten für die Konfliktbewältigung behandelt um abschlie end das Praxisbeispiel zu betrachten und Handlungs-empfehlungen hierfür abzuleiten. Eine Zusammenfassung und ein Fazit bilden den Schlussteil.
