Mit dieser Arbeit soll herausgefunden werden, ob sich die neunstufige Skala der Konflikteskalation nach Friedrich Glasl in dem Team wiederfinden lässt und ob mithilfe einer Mediation sich Konflikte in Organisationen bewältigen lassen. Die Forschungsfrage wurde gewählt, weil Konflikte in Organisationen zum Alltag gehören und deren professionelle konstruktive Lösung von gro er Bedeutung ist. Die Arbeit beginnt mit der Einleitung, die als Einstieg ins Thema "Konfliktklärung in Teams" dient. Als nächstes werden die Punkte "Ziel" und "Methode" ausgearbeitet. Darauf folgt der Theorieteil, in dem wichtige Arbeitsbegriffe definiert werden. Die Begriffe "Konflikt" und "Konfliktmanagement" werden bestimmt. Zudem werden Gründe für Konflikte in Organisationen dargestellt, Konflikte unterschieden sowie Vor- und Nachteile von Konflikten genannt. Die Eskalationsstufen und Konfliktdynamik nach Glasl werden erläutert und Konfliktlösungsstrategien von Corinna von Au erklärt. Der Praxisteil befasst sich mit den persönlichen Erfahrungen der Verfasserin mit einem Konflikt und Konfliktklärung im Team. Nach einer Einführung und Darstellung der Hintergründe, wird Bezug auf die Eskalationsstufen nach Glasl und der Methode Mediation genommen. Der Fazit zeigt, ob die angesetzten Ziele erfüllt wurden und stellt eine Zusammenfassung der Arbeit dar.
