Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich VWL - Finanzwissenschaft, Note: 1,7, Technische Universität Dortmund, Veranstaltung: Internationale Besteuerung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich vornehmlich mit dem Thema der Unternehmensbesteuerung1 und der in diesem Zusammenhang durch das klassische Körperschaftssteuersystem hervorgerufenen Doppelbelastung durch Körperschaft- und Einkommensteuer. Spezifisch eingegangen wird auf die Fragen, wodurch eine Doppelbesteuerung von KapG hervorgerufen wird und welche Einflüsse und Auswirkungen sie speziell auf eigenkapitalbezogene Finanzierungsinstrumente und marginale Investitionsentscheidungen hat. Nachdem einige theoretisch grundlegende Systeme und Begriffe erläutert sind, werden zwei voneinander abweichende Modelle, das erste nach Homburg (2003), das zweite nach Zodrow (1991) beschrieben und diskutiert, welche die oben genannte Thematik auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise durchleuchten. Daran anschlie end wird die so genannte Nukleus-Theorie nach Sinn (1991b) betrachtet, die am theoretischen Hintergrund der oben genannten Modelle ansetzt und diese praxisbezogen revolutioniert. Abschlie end werden die Modelle und Theorien noch einmal einer kritischen Würdigung unterzogen.
