Es wird vielfältig eingesetzt und hat das Potential, einen Paradigmenwechsel zu entfachen und einen enormen Einfluss auf die digitale Gesellschaft hervorzubringen. Bereits heute preschen immer mehr intelligente Systeme in vielzählige Lebens- und Arbeitsbereiche vor. Stets wachsende Märkte, die demografische Entwicklung oder zunehmende Globalisierung bewirkten, dass eine ausschlie lich operative Ausrichtung des Personalmanagements nicht mehr zum Erfolg führte. Mit Blick auf den Wettbewerb konkurrierender Unternehmen um talentierte Fachkräfte bedarf es eines Personalmanagements, dass einer klaren Unternehmensstrategie folgt und bereit ist, personalpolitische Ma nahmen zu begleiten.
