Will is the cornerstone of success in life and one of the best personality traits: it makes people more valuable and allows them to achieve their goals. But the will needs to be educated; it is not achieved for the sake of it, but after fighting for small things. The best way to strengthen it is through order, perseverance and discipline, with joy. The two notes that enhance it are motivation and enthusiasm. A person who possesses it goes further in life than an intelligent person, because he achieves what he sets out to do.
Dr. Enrique Rojas studies from his perspective as a humanistic psychiatrist the various angles of the will, and suggests the optimal ways for its education.

Enrique Rojas is Professor of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology. He is Director of the Spanish Institute of Psychiatric Research in Madrid and President of the Rojas-Estapé Foundation for young people with personality disorders and without material resources.
This is a humanistic psychiatrist who has worked on clinical issues (anxiety, depression, personality disorders) and psychological issues (marital crises, school failure, problems of will, maladjustments in the field of sexuality and the paths that lead to happiness).
