El autor revisa las particularidades del concepto apoy�ndose en doctrina y jurisprudencia chilenas y extranjeras. Ello permite conocer -de manera ilustrativa- en qu� casos se ha incurrido en la negligencia m�s grosera que nuestro ordenamiento jur�dico sanciona.
