Dado que la gestión escolar guarda una estrecha relación con el rendimiento académico, la investigación (cuantitativa y cualitativa) que aquí se reporta, tuvo por objetivo identificar los rasgos de aquella gestión que ayuda a obtener mejores niveles de logro escolar, para derivar recomendaciones que permitan establecer lineamientos y contenidos de capacitación y desarrollo para los directivos escolares en servicio activo.
