En este contexto, la calidad en la formación de los profesionales de enfermería ha sido interés de las autoridades del Ministerio de Salud Pública (MINSAP) y de la Educación Médica. La estrategia de superación profesional para el personal de enfermería que se propone, constituye un aporte a la superación profesional de la Educación Médica en general y de la enfermería en particular.
