Bah, Mamadou Aliou: - Mamadou Aliou BAH est docteur en droit public de l'Université Panthéon-Assas. Inspecteur principal des impôts à la Direction générale des impôts (DGI), il est un
spécialiste reconnu des finances publiques et de la fiscalité en République de Guinée et en Afrique. Il s'impose comme une référence dans son domaine. Auteur de deux ouvrages et de plus d'une centaine d'articles consacrés à la fiscalité, il allie rigueur académique et expérience de terrain. Il intervient également en qualité d'enseignant et dispense des cours de fiscalité internationale (notamment les conventions fiscales CEDEAO et UEMOA), de droit fiscal approfondi, de fiscalité locale et de contentieux fiscal au CFTP du Trésor public ainsi qu'à l'Université Général Lansana Conté de Sonfonia à Conakry. Au cours de sa carrière, il a occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilité au sein de l'administration fiscale.
