Although written for the OCR specifications, it covers much of the AQA tort law content and is a useful introduction to the law needed for higher-level courses such as the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives course and various Law degree courses. Other books by Sally Russell The 'law explained' series offers a more in-depth coverage of individual areas of law with additional tasks, examples and examination practice. This means you can pick those topics for which you need more guidance (all the answers to tasks are included in the booklets).
